Action Research Partners (ARPs)

Decentralised Financial Services (DFS)  project works with 3 carefully selected Action Research Partner financial institutions.  Together with these partners DFS tests the tools and different training and dissemination techniques.
 
As of October 2005 DFS is working with the following Action Research Partners in Kenya:

  1. Women Enterprise Development Agency (WEDA) 
  2. Songa Mbele Women Organization (SOMWO)
  3. KFS and Financial Services Associations
 
DFS will also select rural savings and credit co-operatives and a fully financially sustainable Micro Finance Instituion  who are interested in testing the tools as new Action Research Partners in the near future.
