Abhishek Lahiri is a post graduate diploma in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management ,Bhubaneswar (XIMB) and has graduated in Chemistry from Magadh University. He did his internship in Hindustan Latex where he carried out market research to study potential for launching new products in rural Uttar Pradesh. Abhishek worked at HDFC Bank, where he was responsible for portfolio management, credit and risk assessment, and delinquency management of the SHG-bank linkage programme for eastern India region. He was also been part of SME finance team at HDFC Bank where he was looking after product expansion and new client acquisition for asset products.
At MicroSave, Abhishek has conducted extensive institutional reviews, market research on the demand for savings services, agent networks and client use of e-/m-banking systems and on process mapping of e-/m-banking systems. His areas of interest include portfolio audit, delinquency management, process mapping and human resources management.
